Yes. The boat is yours for the rental: stage it how you want it, and the return-it-dirty cleaning package means you do not spend the last hour with a trash bag.

Who drives?

Your captain: bring your own USCG-licensed captain or hire one from the captain wall under a separate agreement. No license needed yourself.

Best time slot?

Golden hour. Ask your captain to time the candles to the light; they all know the window.
