1. Water activities. Boating, swimming, and the use of floats involve inherent risks, including injury and drowning. Guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk. Swim stops occur only at the captain's discretion, with a crew watch posted.

2. Captain's authority. The USCG-licensed captain has final authority over the vessel, the route, weather calls, and guest safety, including ending a charter early if conditions require.

3. Alcohol. BYOB is for guests 21 and over. The crew may refuse boarding or service to any visibly impaired guest. No glass on deck.

4. Release. In exchange for passage, each guest releases Dockside Yacht Charters LLC, its captains and crew, from liability for injuries or losses arising from ordinary risks of recreational boating, to the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law.

5. Cancellations & refunds. If the captain cancels for weather or safety, guests choose a full refund or a free rebooking. Guest-initiated cancellations follow the posted schedule (sample: full refund 7+ days out, 50 percent within 72 hours, no refund inside 24 hours; final tiers set by Dockside). All refunds are processed by Square back to the original payment method, typically within 2 to 4 business days.

6. Property & media. Guests are responsible for personal items. Tag us, and we may reshare your public posts; tell the crew if you prefer your group stays off our pages.
